Well as I said before I'm in financial services(no attitude if it seems like i said it that way).

I do life insurance, mortgages, investments. On the mortgage side, We set ppl up with a fixed mortgage, we provide them with an FNA( Financial Needs Analysis) which maps out their debts as well as show them how long and what it will take for them to become debt free(most companies charge $300-$1500 for one of these, we just ask for referrals).

We show them what types of mortgages to never to get into, if they have life insurance we show them what types of things to look out for in their policy as well as why their life insurance might not be what they thought it was.

We, as Primerica, are more like the educating arm of citigroup.
