Then I read the Policies and wondered why anyone would sign up with this company. I am looking for RESIDUAL INCOME not GUARANTEED RESIDUAL OUTGO!!

MyWorldPlus Policies and Procedures

The Terms and Conditions of MyWorldPLUS contained herein were established to explain and define the rights and responsibilities of MyWorldPLUS and its Independent Representatives.

Each Independent Representative agrees, without reservation, to all the terms and conditions contained herein and holds MyWorldPLUS free from any and all liability that may result from this agreement between the Independent Representative and MyWorldPLUS.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All MyWorldPLUS subscribers must pay a one time sign up fee of $50 and a monthly subscription fee of $19.95 to maintain their subscription and have rights and access to all products, services, and training materials.

All subscribers recognize that the credit card they have on file will continue to be billed $19.95 every 30 days until and unless that subscriber cancels his/her subscription with MyWorldPLUS.

There is no long term commitment or timeframe in which a subscriber must continue to remain active by paying their monthly subscription fee. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time for any reason simply by logging into their MyWorldPLUS online subscribers and clicking on the User and Billing Info link where they are required to follow the Terminate Subscription link to cancel their subscription.

No commissions can be earned by inactive subscribers.

MyWorldPLUS maintains a 3 day 100% refund policy. You must cancel your subscription within 3 days of upgrading to subscriber to be eligible for a refund. After you have been a subscriber for 3 days, no refunds either partial or full are given.

The same 3 day policy applies to the monthly subscription payment. You can cancel your subscription within 3 days of the most recent charge and be eligible for a refund for that month's subscription fee only. After 3 days, no refunds either partial or full are given.

Refunds are only given if the 3 day eligibility requirement is met and if the refund is requested. To request a refund, you must send an email to support@MyWorldPLUS.com including your MyWorldPLUS username or ID number.

Anti-Spam Policy

In order to protect our subscribers and ensure the long term growth and success of MyWorldPLUS, MyWorldPLUS maintains a ZERO tolerance policy towards the sending of spam email. Spam email is defined as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). In the event that you send spam email to people without their permission, you risk immediate cancellation of your account and forfeiture of all contacts in that account.

As a MyWorldPLUS subscriber, you understand that MyWorldPLUS neither condones nor tolerates the sending of unsolicited or spam email by its subscribers. You understand and acknowledge that:

It is ILLEGAL to forge headers on emails and it is ILLEGAL to neglect to include a valid functional unsubscribe link along with a valid mailing address in any emails sent out. Anyone caught forging headers or not including a valid functional unsubscribe link will be immediately and permanently terminated from MyWorldPLUS.

MyWorldPLUS also prohibits all subscribers from including the name or website address in any emails they send out. Subscribers are required to use a redirect link when directing prospects to their landing page.

We also require all subscribers to download their list of email addresses that have generated a complaint that can be found in the Spam Policy link in the subscribers section of the MyWorldPLUS website and permanently remove them their your database. If we receive a complaint from the same email address as a previous complaint from an email that was sent more than a week after the original complaint was filed, MyWorldPLUS has the right to terminate your subscription.

You are solely responsible for mail sent on your behalf.

MyWorldPLUS will immediately terminate your subscription and suspend all future commissions for violating these Spam Policies. MyWorldPLUS reserves the right to take legal action against any subscriber found violating this Spam Policy. You will not be eligible for a refund if you are terminated for violating the MyWorldPLUS Spam Policy.

Product and Earnings Policy

Commissions are paid as outlined on the Pay Plan page of the website. All subscribers understand BEFORE paying their subscription fee that there are NO GUARANTEED EARNINGS.

Subscribers understand that the Powerline genealogy is not to reflect earnings, but to be a representation of company growth and does not mean anything in terms of commissions.

Subscribers should not participate in MyWorldPLUS under the expectation of earning income without referring new subscribers. Neither MyWorldPLUS, nor it's subscribers can guarantee "spillover" or earnings simply by becoming a subscriber.

MyWorldPLUS subscribers are purchasing training products to educate them in the industries outlined on the Product and Income Streams pages. Subscribers should not participate in MyWorldPLUS if they are not planning on using the educational products, nor if they are not planning on sharing the opportunity with others.

Most subscribers earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying to maintain their subscription in MyWorldPLUS. Although it is possible, MyWorldPLUS subscribers should NOT expect to make a profit simply by becoming a subscriber as it is higlhy unlikely that will occur.

MyWorldPLUS cannot guarantee that subscribers earn a profit by implementing the training materials provided. The products are for educational purposes only.

No subscriber should spend money that they cannot afford to lose to become a subscriber and maintain their subscription in MyWorldPLUS. It is possible that you will NOT earn income as a subscriber of MyWorldPLUS.

Compliance Policy

MyWorldPLUS may change, alter, add, or detract conditions of subscription, products, services, and compensation at any time and for any reason. MyWorldPLUS reserves the right to terminate a subscriber at any time for violating any of our policies regardless of fault.

All disputes and claims relating to MyWorldPLUS, this Agreement, the MyWorldPLUS compensation plan, or its products, the rights and obligations of a Representative and MyWorldPLUS, or any other claims or causes of action relating to the performance of either a Representative or MyWorldPLUS under the Agreement or the rules and regulations, and/or a Representative's purchase of products shall be adjudicated totally and finally in the state of Texas, or such other location as MyWorldPLUS prescribes. MyWorldPLUS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and other representatives shall not be liable for, and the Representative hereby releases the foregoing from and waives any claim for loss of profit, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages which may arise out of any claim whatsoever relating to MyWorldPLUS's performance, non-performance, act, or omission with respect to the business relationship or other matters between the Representative and MyWorldPLUS whether sounding in contract, tort, or strict liability.

I understand that by selecting this option I will be charged $69.95 immediately, and will continue to be billed $19.95 each month starting 30 days from now unless I cancel my account. I may cancel my account at any time.

Needless to say after reading the above I did not become a MyWorldPLUS Independent Representative.
