Wellness Coaching with Karen DannerWellness Coach, Karen Danner is seeking participants for a writing project with O Magazine. Karen is a wonderful, spiritual and insightful woman who has the skills to be able to help you with your wellness goals. Below is a letter directly from Karen. As a free-lance writer I am currently working on a piece for O Magazine. The topic is Weight-loss Success through Wellness Coaching. I am seeking ten clients to participate in wellness coaching for exercise and eating behaviors specifically. I will be working with ten people for 10 weeks, with the behavioral goals of integrating regular exercise and healthy eating habits. The objective is to create a solid foundation to sustain behavioral changes that each individual identifies and commits to. In changing behaviors and creating a solid foundation to sustain those behaviors, weight-loss is one of the many end-results. At the end of the 10 weeks, I will interview you on your progress. Then I will interview you over the holidays and after the New Year. You have the option to continue the coaching through the holidays or do interview check-ins to report how you are doing on your own. The ten week program is priced low to encourage participation. This is a screaming deal at $350 for ten weeks. I would also need individual permission to share your success story. If you are interested in participating in this project, let me know.
