Franklyn... My apologies for not re-sending the attached photos sooner. My schedule has been busy, from Minneapolis to currently in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The attached are photos of the concerned areas needing repair to the floor. You stated on the phone, "If it's wood it can be repaired", so I presume it can be taken care of.
The contractor is moving along with the bathroom, and we will be ready for your services soon. Probably as-soon-as possible, after the 20 th of May.
