its like a vacum cleaner only it works better, lasts longer and is a better product

that sounds like the problem I had when I tried selling Kirbys for a while

How is it different?

when you have a vacum cleaner when the bag gets coated with sand or dust do you notice that it doesnt work as well?

well with a tristar that doesnt happen we have whats called cyclonic action and the air circulation keeps the dust and sand to one side and you always have 100% of the power 100% of the time

also you notice when you pick up things you shouldnt that your vacum makes a funny noise

yeah
thats becasue in vacum cleanersthings go through your fan or your motor so little things could break your fan or your motor
in the tristar things dont go through any moving parts its created so your fan and motor are protected and nothing goes through them

our tristar has incredible warrenties

for the price it should have great warranties

the casing is lifetime and the fan belt is 5 yeards now no other vacum gives you a five year warrenty on the belt

How about if I use it commercially

put a little uncooked rice in the bag and go for it

No I mean I refinish wood floors and there is lots of fine dust that I deal with every day

the cyclonic action needs something with wieght to move out of the way so if your doing dust or anything real light a little rice in the bag you will be fine

How do I empty this cleaner?

there is a bag that just sets in there you otake it out and dump it and put the bag back its washable so throw it in the washer when you need to just dont dry it

we have paper inserts if you want to use them but you dont have to they are a dollar each in stead of the 3 or 4o dollors most bags are

well for indoor use it gets the dirt and dust you cant see that is aging your carpet and will make you replace it sooner so it saves your carpet

I am the one who gets to take up that carpet and refinish the wood floors below it

I am just trying to figure out how this is that much different than my small shop vac other than that my shop vac has a plastic casing
